Get Recipe Ingredients
Instructions
Prep all the ingredients so they are all about the same size.
Coat Skillet with Olive Oil or Avocado Spray.
Heat to medium High.
Saute Vegetables with seasoning until they start to get tender, slightly browned.
Add Chicken (Protein) and rice.
Stir until heated through then add grated cheese.
Cover for a few minutes allowing the cheese to melt.
