  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • In a large bowl add ground beef and ground pork
  • Add chopped garlic, onions, panko bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and eggs. Mix to combine.
  • Scoop out mixture with an ice cream scoop or form 1/2 - 3/4 inch meat balls by hand and place on a Parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Place in the oven for 12 minutes.
  • In a pot add Low or No Sodium Marinara Sauce and browned meatballs.
  • Prepare pasta per directions.
  • Serve sauce and meatballs over pasta.
