Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Herb seasoning no salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup swiss chees shredded

Instructions
 

  • preheat grill to 350 degrees
  • clean leaves from cauliflower head
  • place caulifower in the cast iron skillet and rub olive oil all over
  • cover with foil and seal tightly
  • bake for 1 hour
  • check to make sure cauliflower is fork tender
  • Melt butter and add seasoning
  • brush over the cauliflower and then sprinkle chees over the top
  • grill for another 5 - 10 min until cheese is melted and starting to brown

Notes

Please make sure all ingredients are prepped and ready to go - except the butter we will melt that during our time together.
