Start with the tomatoes, because we want all that juicy goodness at the bottom of the bowl. Toss them into your mixing bowl.
Add the chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeno. I like to use my mini food processor.
Next comes the avocado—the hero of this salsa. We want nice, chunky pieces, so be gentle while stirring.
Squeeze that fresh lime juice all over. Not only does it add a pop of bright flavor, but it also keeps our avocado from turning brown too quickly (plus, I just love lime on pretty much anything).
