Instructions
Preheat oven or grill to 350
Add all ingredients except Feta in a 9x13 baking dish
Stir in Feta cheese
Toss with olive oil
Bake for 30 minutes or until tomatoes are breaking down
Cook pasta until al dente
Save a couple of tbsp of pasta water for later then drain pasta
Stir pasta and pasta water into the veggie dish until well combined.
