Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 Peach diced
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk I used almond milk
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add peaches and eggs and combine thoroughly. Then mix together remaining wet ingredients: Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Next, add in dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Fold walnuts into the mixture.
  • Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60-80 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the bread. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
